We don’t think so, that’s why apera is taking the humble Sunday Roast and elevating it! The menu will change weekly according to which ingredients are in peak season, and of course, to keep you coming back for more each week! Join us as you make new memories with friends and family over this contemporary take on the classic, family-style roast.

Join us for a dinner of epic proportion; Food from our wood-fired grill with a smoky char that pairs oh so well with refreshing ales! And what better ale than from our mates at Young Henry’s.

We’ve brewed up one of our BEST menu’s yet (we’re very excited about it). You’re in for a treat with apera’s beer-can-chicken (a can of IPA stuffed in a rotisserie chook), our duck scotch egg (so delicious), Spotted Gum Bonnie, Morcilla, and Beef Cheeks marinated in Young Henry’s Motorcycle Oil. Out of this world.

Some of the guys from Young Henry’s will be joining us to talk you through their beers, and our Chef Ryan will explain the creation of the menu. This will sell fast, so book your seats now.
